This really depends on the event type and level of involvement and realizing your expectations. There is a $500 deposit required for all packages over $1,000.

An event planning company such as ourselves focuses on your business. We literally plan event solely for people like yourself. Our job is to keep you focused on a clear vision, take off the stress from hands on involvement and you just show up and see your vision unfold.

We recommend a consultation to ensure that we’re the right fit. We are very flexible and here to meet your needs, so we are confident we will find a positive way to work together.

It boils down to the fact that we will treat your event as if it is our own. We will be there to make your dreams a reality and help you figure out what your options are. Unlike other larger planning services, we will give you one on one service and will be there to ensure a successful event.

This is best answered when we have our first consultation. Once we know what you would like your event to be like, we can make a schedule.

As long as it’s legal, we’re here to help. We enjoy planning conferences, trade shows, festivals, meetings, networking, conferences, customer appreciation events, you name it!  We can do it.

This all depends on the type and size of event you are planning. We’re totally comfortable working in a last minute, high-stress environment, so if you find yourself needing to plan a last minute event, don’t hesitate to call. We’ll let you know if it’s not possible to do, but our attitude is “there is always a way”.

Although it is great to have an on-site coordinator for the day of your event, we will help guide you from your planning beginnings to the day of your event. For those of you who do not have an on-site coordinator, we will be there to help as well if you so desire.

We can certainly provide this service if it is something you are seeking. This will allow you to concentrate of being fully present at your event and not worrying about the behind the scenes operations.

The short answer is Yes. We have worked hard in developing these relationships and we can guarantee the quality of the service of vendors we’ve selected. Also we have vetted each vendor to ensure professionalism is within the center focus of the event process. However if you choose our Al La Carte service we are willing to vet selected service vendor of your desire.

Majority of our payments are processed online via square. However we also except cash payments once deposit is made.
